مروری بنفش کریستالی (C.I. 42555) یک رنگ خشک CERTISTAIN® است که می تواند برای تولید محلول رنگ آمیزی کریستال بنفش برای تمایز باکتریهای گرم مثبت و گرم منفی در نمونه های با منشاء انسانی استفاده شود. در مورد باکتری های گرم مثبت ، باکتری ها حتی پس از درمان با محلول رنگ زدایی ، رنگ آبی تیره / بنفش تیره خود را حفظ می کنند. در طرف دیگر باکتریهای گرم منفی با رنگ قرمز به رنگ قرمز یا صورتی رنگ آمیزی می شوند.

Description	CRYSTAL VIOLET (C.I. 42555) FOR MICROSCO
Overview	Crystal violet (C.I. 42555) is a CERTISTAIN® dry dye that can be used to produce a Crystal violet staining solution to differentiate Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria in samples of human origin. In the case of Gram-positive bacteria, the bacteria retain their dark blue / dark purple color even after the treatment with decolorizing solution. On the other side Gram-negative bacteria are stained red or pink with the counterstain. The CERTISTAIN® dry dye can be used for clinical diagnostic purposes as it is certified and registered as IVD and CE product.
